MPower Direct is seeking experienced solar sales professionals for in-home consultations across New York. The role offers a weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions and a vehicle stipend, with On-Target Earnings of $160,000+ annually.

Strong leadership support and mentorship are provided to help close more deals. Expect to generate and develop your own sales opportunities, present customized solar solutions, and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of solar sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners daily.

What You’ll Earn

• $800 weekly base salary.
• $300 per KW commission.
• $50 per KW leadership override.
• $50 per KW vesting opportunity.
• $500 monthly vehicle stipend.
• Additional performance bonuses.
• On-Target Earnings: $160,000+ annually.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with field sales and lead generation.
