Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Safety Coordinator in Arkansas to support the EHS team on projects across the region. This full-time role emphasizes compliance with DOT, EPA, and OSHA standards in the power generation sector.

You will lead site safety initiatives, conduct trainings, and collaborate with construction teams while maintaining records and preparing risk assessments. Travel up to multi-state is required.

Qualifications

• Associates or BS in Occupational Health and Safety preferred; 3+ years in a related field acceptable.
• Knowledge of DOT/DOL/EPA regulations and OSHA safety compliance in the power generation industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports EHS functions on a project site.
• Maintains and implements EHS programs and compliance plans.
• Leads by influence with project and construction teams on site.
• Facilitates meetings and training sessions.
• Evaluates EHS-related risks and communicates findings.
• Keeps records and documentation in accordance with policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
