Venture Home is recruiting a Retail Sales Representative to educate homeowners about solar energy inside Lowe's locations. You will schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants and document customer details for follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's locations.
• Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy and savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on products and promotions.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals with great service.
• Position Type: Full-time (Part-time hours at select locations).
