Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers at retail locations, educate homeowners on residential solar, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and capable of creating opportunities through conversations. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions and benefits after meeting eligibility.

Competenze

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
