Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a driven Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about residential solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This client-facing role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy starting conversations that drive meaningful appointments.

Typical schedule includes 9 am-5 pm or 1 pm-9 pm, with Friday-Sunday as required.

Formación

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
