Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking a proactive Retail - Solar Sales Representative to engage shoppers at retail locations, educate on residential solar benefits, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This customer-facing role rewards energy, communication, and reliability with On-Target Earnings through hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, plus a full benefits package for eligible employees.

Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications
