Venture Home Group is seeking a Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with Solar Consultants. This is a customer-facing role for outgoing individuals who generate high-quality appointments to drive solar demonstrations and savings.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a typical 9 am-5 pm or 1 pm-9 pm shift and requires weekend work.
