Finray Solar is seeking a Solar Sales Representative to connect residential and small business customers with local community solar farms in the Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey region.

You will engage customers, explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar offerings, and work toward meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to grasp technical concepts related to solar energy, with incentives including commissions and vacations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in energy sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• An ability to grasp technical concepts related to solar energy and explain them in simple terms to customers.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
• A valid driver's license is a an asset but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential and small business customers in your region (DE, MD, maybe south NJ).
• Stay up-to-date on solar energy offerings and articulate financial and environmental aspects of the service.
• Meet sales targets and convert potential customers into community solar subscribers.
