Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled Senior Residential Solar Installer to join our growing installation team. You’ll apply your technical expertise to residential solar projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installations that help homeowners switch to clean, renewable energy.

Qualifications

Must have 3+ years hands-on experience with residential solar installation.
Strong understanding of solar racking systems, inverters, and electrical components.
Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and with power tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform residential solar panel installations on rooftops and ground mounts, including racking, module placement, inverter setup, and wiring.
Ensure all work meets company standards and NEC/local electrical codes.
Assist with site preparation and material staging while keeping jobsite clean and safe.
Accurately document installation details, including photos, layouts, and material usage.
Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and internal team members.
Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and vehicle guidelines.
