Qualifications

• Solid foundation in carpentry and roofing with hands-on experience using standard construction tools.
• Ability to perform a variety of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess site conditions for solutions.
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites, take measurements, and prepare for structural needs.
• Perform framing, sistering rafters, and other construction modifications.
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
• Complete siding, drywall, and general construction work for solar installations.
• Use carpentry, roofing, and construction tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Document work with photos, reports, and timely submissions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
