Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Roofer to support solar installations by performing repairs and upgrades that ensure safety, durability, and a polished finish. You’ll tackle framing improvements, roof leak repairs, and related home repairs, while communicating with customers on-site and documenting work thoroughly.

The role requires a solid carpentry/roofing background, willingness to handle diverse construction tasks, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in carpentry and roofing.
• Willingness to perform diverse construction tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Assess sites, take measurements, and prepare for installation.
• Perform framing improvements and repairs as needed.
• Diagnose and fix roof leaks efficiently.
• Conduct home repairs related to solar installs (siding, drywall).
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Document work with photos and reports submitted on time.
• Keep a clean, organized jobsite and comply with vehicle policies.
• Assist with additional construction tasks as required.
