SunPower’s Blue Raven Solar division in Orem, UT, seeks a Quality Control Technician to support installation teams and troubleshoot field issues. You will triage failed inspections, coordinate corrections, and communicate with field crews, sales reps, and customers to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have CAD experience (AutoCAD preferred), strong Excel skills, and 1+ year in solar or PV design. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Make same-day installation changes (layouts, interconnections).
• Identify root causes of field issues and implement preventative solutions.
• Ensure field work types (MPUs, roof assessments) are completed correctly.
• Answer calls quickly with professional customer service.
• Coordinate with field resources to schedule corrections and ensure timely reinspection.
• Use CRM, Excel, Site Capture, AutoCAD, Aurora effectively.
