Job summary

PPC Solar is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to take projects from inception to installation in Albuquerque, NM. You will review contracts, ensure designs and plan sets align with sold commitments, and coordinate AHJ and utility submissions with the installation team.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a background in electrical engineering or NABCEP PV design/certifications.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with ability to articulate and listen to stakeholders
• Understanding of what needs to be done to complete a project and meet client expectations
• Attention to QA/QC and ability to push tasks forward
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience reviewing contracts and ensuring design/plan sets align with sold commitments
• Proficiency with standard software tools used for project management and documentation

Responsibilities

• Schedule site visits and manage calendars
• Update project prices as scope evolves
• Create high-level overview plans for clients and crews
• Provide information to electrical/structural engineers for plan sets
• Coordinate procurement of materials and electrical components
• Secure permits and utility approvals
• Organize digital folders for PPC staff
• Handoff developed projects to project manager and installation team
• Support crew during project installs
• Provide guidance to sales/design teams
