Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in managing projects/teams across multiple functions.
• Excellent writing skills and familiarity with websites and online social media.
• 2+ years of experience with solar, renewable energy, and engineering fields highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑construction, engineering and support activities for solar projects.
• Prepare RFPs, RFIs and manage correspondence.
• Perform accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
• Maintain office systems, software, and server equipment.
• Track projects, prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
