Aligned Climate Capital LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the Aligned Solar Partners (ASP) strategy, coordinating construction from contract execution through handoff to asset management.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years’ experience in C&I or utility-scale solar, EPC/IPP background, and a bachelor’s degree. You will manage EPCs, procurement for modules/inverters, and assist with financing and lender coordination to meet schedule and budget goals.

Formación

• 7-10 years of work experience directly managing the construction of C&I or utility-scale solar PV projects.
• Experience at a developer or EPC; IPP preferred.
• Experience in procurement, construction management and engineering.
• Familiar with solar project lifecycle including permitting, interconnection, procurement, and commissioning.
• Fluency with standard project management and document management software.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Projects, Primavera, or similar platforms.
• Experience with construction financing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate execution of solar project construction from contract through handoff to asset management.
• Manage third-party EPC contractors from contract execution through substantial completion and handover.
• Oversee procurement logistics for modules, inverters, and other solar equipment.
• Support EPC bidding, contract negotiations, and verification of invoices and payments.
• Track project status and maintain data documentation across platforms.
