Job summary

Exact Solar is seeking a capable Project Engineer to lead Solar PV projects from pre-design through post-installation in Newtown, PA. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery, maintain quality, and secure customer satisfaction.

The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, hands-on CAD experience for single-line electrical designs and roof layouts, and a solid understanding of Solar PV technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solar PV projects through pre-design, design/engineering, installation, and post-installation stages.
• Coordinate with operations to support all project activities from Newtown, PA.
• Review contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and schedules.
• Interface with permitting/interconnection processes as needed.
• Proactively pursue additional training relevant to the industry.

Responsible for leading Solar PV Project through all the stages - Pre-Design, Contract review, Design/Engineering, Installation, Post Installation, Permission to operate

• Teamwork-oriented, able to work in the office in Newtown, PA and interface directly with operations team to support all project activities
