Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in financial modeling and profitability analysis for project financings.
• Build and review bespoke financing models reflecting debt and tax equity terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external lenders/consultants during transactions.
• Assist with preparation of term sheets, information memoranda, and project schedules.
• Review key contracts and documents for impact on profitability and financingability.
