Job summary

Integrated Power USA, the renewable energy platform of TotalEnergies, is seeking an Associate/Transaction Analyst to provide financial analysis and transaction support for greenfield development and acquisitions. You will perform project finance modeling for Solar, Wind, or Battery/storage projects and contribute to due diligence and execution across tax equity partnerships and debt financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent level required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of NPV, IRR, MOIC concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; team-oriented and collaborative.
• Willingness to learn and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize financial models for Renewables projects (Solar, Onshore Wind or Battery/Storage).
• Propose improvements to financial models to meet business needs.
• Support internal committee presentations (financial statements, sensitivities) to senior management.
• Collaborate with HQ to secure project approvals.
• Contribute to marketing materials for financing & equity partners.
• Assist with managing external consultants and data rooms.
• Support debt and tax equity capital raising efforts; coordinate NDAs and contracts.
