Job summary

Nautilus Solar Energy seeks a Capital Markets Associate to execute project financings and strategic analysis for its growing solar portfolio. The role is fully remote with occasional travel and requires strong financial modeling expertise.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or related fields, with knowledge of PPAs and tax credits. CFA/CPA is a plus, and a Bachelor’s in finance or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or CFA/CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models including project finance models, DCF, and valuations.
• Prepare quarterly valuation of a 200+ project portfolio for Executive Team.
• Support structuring and negotiations of project financing agreements (tax equity, debt).
• Track and report project expenditures and budgets.
