Job summary

CoVolt Power in Lake Village, Arkansas is seeking a Project Coordinator to support solar energy construction projects from notice to proceed through final client acceptance. You will work closely with the project team, estimators, and field staff to align scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires reading IFC drawings, basic project management knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to solve problems on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or related field is required.
• Strong reading of IFC drawings and job specifications for civil/electrical work is essential.
• Experience with project management basics, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management is expected.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint, MS Project, and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on solar energy projects from notice to proceed through final client acceptance.
• Coordinate with Estimating during pre-bid and buyout to address field needs.
• Plan and coordinate project execution to align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports; maintain budget and cost reports; conduct financial analysis.
• Contribute to safety and quality control and address non-conformance issues.
