Job summary

Photon Brothers is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 4–6 month temporary role based in Centennial, CO. The person will organize residential solar and energy storage projects from contract to closeout, coordinating milestones and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

You will communicate project status to customers and internal teams, manage multiple projects, and escalate blockers as needed. The role requires detail orientation and proactive collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or scheduling roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Clear, professional communication with proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable using project management or scheduling software.
• Detail oriented with ability to flag issues early.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project milestones, scheduling, and customer availability.
• Provide customers with operational project updates and next steps.
• Monitor project status, aging, and outstanding requirements.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure required work is progressing.
• Identify blockers and elevate unresolved issues.
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Preconstruction, Operations, Inspections, and Service.
• Maintain accurate project stages, notes, tasks, and documentation.
• Track post-installation requirements including inspections, PTO, and closeout.
• Ensure every project has a clear next action and responsible owner.
