Job summary

Photon Brothers, based in Centennial, CO, seeks a Project Coordinator for a temporary 4–6 month assignment to keep residential solar projects organized, updated, and well-documented from contract to closeout.

You will coordinate milestones, manage schedules, and ensure internal teams progress on required work, with a focus on clear communication and proactive updates to customers. Solar industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or customer-facing scheduling roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize shifting priorities
• Clear, professional communication, with a proactive approach to keeping customers and internal teams updated
• Comfortable using project management or scheduling software
• Detail oriented, able to catch and flag issues before they become bigger problems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project milestones, scheduling, and customer availability
• Provide customers with operational project updates and next steps
• Monitor project status, aging, and outstanding requirements
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure required work is progressing
• Identify blockers and escape unresolved issues
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Preconstruction, Operations, Inspections, and Service
• Maintain accurate project stages, notes, tasks, and documentation
• Track post-installation requirements including inspections, corrections, PTO, and closeout
• Ensure every project has a clear next action and responsible owner
• Confirm installation readiness before scheduling
