Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a full-time Technical role in Andrews, TX. The position focuses on maintaining utility-scale PV power plants, monitoring operations through SCADA, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and inverters.

The candidate will troubleshoot complex electrical components, support commissioning and testing, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience with PV plant electrical systems and SCADA.
• High school diploma required; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV plant operation via SCADA and perform maintenance.
• Repair and modify AC/DC solar PV systems and components.
• Plan and execute on-site projects, inspections, and commissioning.
• Ensure safety procedures and environmental compliance.
