Qualifications

• Ability to complete NovaSource Technician Qualification Standards within 90 days.

• Monitor PV Plant operation through SCADA.
• Responsible for maintenance procedures on site components.
• Ensure a safe work environment.

Skills

Understanding of electrical safety

Ability to follow safety procedures

Familiar with CMMS systems

Proven computer skills in Windows

Good hand-eye coordination

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong communication skills in English

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

College or technical degree preferred

Electrical certifications a plus
