Job summary

The O&M Technician role at Knobelsdorff Enterprises supports the Power Services division across multiple solar plants. You'"ll perform corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and communication systems, directly impacting plant performance, safety, and reliability.

Success means keeping facilities running efficiently with minimal downtime, while upholding KE's Safety, People, Passion, and Performance values.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in the electrical industry with hands-on experience.
• Minnesota Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master).
• High School Diploma or equivalent and safety-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of electrical hazards and LOTO procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with fiber optics, networking, and communication systems.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word; strong written and verbal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and overnight as needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance across multiple solar plants.
