Job summary

Moss Solar, the leading solar EPC contractor, is hiring a PD10 Operator to safely operate PD-10 heavy equipment on our field projects in Wheatley, Arkansas. You will assist with grading, trenching, material movement and perform pre-trip inspections.

We require at least 1 year of heavy equipment experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel to solar sites across New Mexico and Texas. Starting pay $25-$26 per hour, with a focus on safety, teamwork and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (solar or construction experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs a day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
• Willingness to travel for solar projects across New Mexico and Texas.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PD-10 Heavy Equipment
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
