Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and kneel for 8+ hours.
• Willingness to travel for solar projects as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PD-10 Heavy Equipment.
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Assist with general labor, material handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain communication with site leadership for safe, efficient operations.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
