Moss Solar is hiring for a Solar PD10 Operator to support growing solar projects. The role requires operating PD-10 heavy equipment, performing site grading, trenching, and material movement, with duties including inspections and general labor tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of heavy equipment experience, can lift 50 lbs, and is comfortable outdoors in varying weather. Travel across New Mexico and Texas is required; pre-employment drug testing is mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (solar or construction preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs a day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
• Willingness to travel for solar projects across New Mexico and Texas.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

We are looking for a Solar PD10 Operator. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and can handle physical labor in various weather conditions,

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate PD-10 Heavy Equipment
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:
