Responsibilities include solder repairs, data entry for production records, and maintaining 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred; solar panel assembly a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production monitoring.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment and machinery.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary.
• Perform solder repairs on solar panel cells.
• Repair solder on panels at the repair station.
• Inspect and test solar panels for defects or quality issues.
• Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Document repair processes and production data accurately.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to engineering regarding equipment performance.
