The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and strong problem-solving skills. This position requires flexibility in shift work, with training on the night shift before transitioning to a 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production experience required (preferably 2+ years).
• Production supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible and/or rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production line section safely and efficiently.
• Supervise a small team of operators.
• Perform quality control as required by work instructions.
