Job summary

US Modules is seeking a Production Operator to support daily solar module manufacturing at its College Station, TX facility. You will operate production equipment, perform assembly steps, monitor processes, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

The role requires following standard work and SOPs, maintaining traceability with barcode systems, and collaborating with leads, maintenance, and quality staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard work and instructions.
• Perform tasks across solar module processes, including loading/unloading and assembly.
• Support line start-up, shutdown, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor process conditions and equipment status to keep production flowing.
• Meet takt time, throughput, and productivity targets.
• Record output, scrap, rework, and quality checks accurately.
• Maintain traceability using barcode systems and production records.
• Follow safety policies and 5S housekeeping; report hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with leads, maintenance, and quality personnel; participate in handoffs.
