You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive the products and service they expect. This detail-oriented role requires ERP system experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP/order management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry through fulfillment.
• Verify order details, product availability, inventory allocation, and shipping requirements.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment challenges.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and transportation providers.
• Communicate order updates, delivery timelines, and potential issues to customers and internal teams.
• Manage customer returns, shipping claims, and order-related issues through resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to address inventory availability, credit holds, and other order-related needs.
• Maintain accurate order information and documentation in NetSuite and other company systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
