Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Business Support Analyst to own critical financial and operational processes, ensuring OPEX, CAPEX, and utility invoices are accurately submitted, coded, and paid, while resolving AP issues. You will leverage Oracle expertise to manage receipts, drive AFE lifecycle from entry to closure, and support budgeting, forecasting, and accruals, in a fast-paced renewable energy setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical diploma with limited experience or combination of related certification and 5+ years experience.
• Proactive self-starter with commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Independent with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with hands-on Oracle and SAP experience; familiarity with SharePoint/Outlook.
• Strong relationship builder with vendors and stakeholders.
• Clear verbal and written communicator; able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices (OPEX, CAPEX, utility) from submission and coding to payment.
• Resolve AP issues by reviewing purchase orders, change orders, and discrepancies.
• Record material receipts in Oracle; align with inventory and financial records.
• Manage the full AFE lifecycle in Oracle from entry to final closure.
• Support monthly/annual OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with monthly accrual processes and financial reporting accuracy.
• Support annual operations budget activities including project setup and account validation.
