Job summary

Enel North America Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment at solar PV plants in Texas. This role involves preventative and reactive maintenance, understanding electrical schematics, and willingness to travel to various job sites.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree and a Texas Electricians License with 0-3 years of related experience. Additional benefits include quality healthcare, generous PTO, and retirement plans effective from day one.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of related experience desired.
• Availability for daily regional travel to job sites as needed.
• A valid driver's license operable in all 50 states and Canada.
• The use of PPE is required and must be consistently used.

Responsibilities

• Testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing electrical equipment.
• Gaining technical information from electrical schematics.
• Performing current and voltage readings as necessary.
• Conducting preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance.

Skills

Ability to use electrical test equipment

Strong knowledge in electrical theory

Operational power plant experience

Willingness to work overtime

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent
