Job summary

Motive Energy is seeking an O&M Performance Coordinator to monitor multiple solar portals and identify faults that cause production loss across its O&M portfolio.

You will initiate customer-facing quotes, coordinate pricing and scope with the Service Manager, and schedule technicians after quotes are approved. You will also troubleshoot remotely with field technicians and explore AI tools to speed up reporting and notifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial & industrial solar with hands-on O&M exposure.
• Advanced understanding of monitoring portals incl. PowerTrack, SolarEdge, SMA.
• Strong remote troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple portal platforms daily to identify faults triggering production loss.
• Diagnose root causes and escalate to field technicians as needed.
• Initiate and prepare quotes for customers with identified system issues; coordinate pricing and scope.
• Schedule technicians for site visits after quotes are approved.
• Work with field technicians to request RMAs and troubleshoot remotely.
• Track cases, quotes, and RMAs to closure with timely follow-up.
