Job summary

Motive Energy is seeking an O&M Performance Coordinator in California to monitor PowerTrack, SolarEdge and SMA, identify faults, and trigger rapid responses for an expanding client portfolio.

You will initiate quotes for issues, coordinate technician scheduling, and work with field teams to request RMAs while applying AI-driven tools to speed reporting and client communications. Strong solar industry experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial & industrial solar with hands-on O&M exposure.
• Advanced understanding of monitoring platforms: PowerTrack, SolarEdge, SMA.
• Strong remote troubleshooting skills and fault diagnosis.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Clear written and verbal customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple portal platforms daily to identify faults causing production loss.
• Diagnose root cause and escalate to field technicians as needed.
• Prepare customer quotes and coordinate pricing with Service Manager.
• Schedule technicians after quotes are approved.
• Coordinate RMAs and troubleshoot remotely with field technicians.
• Track cases, quotes, and RMAs to closure with timely updates.
• Identify and pursue time & materials opportunities.
• Alert customers to potential or developing production failures.
• Explore AI tools to build agents/workflows for faster reports and notifications.
• Maintain detailed site performance records across the portfolio.
