Heliene, Inc. is hiring a Line Operator in Rogers, MN to support a 24/7 photovoltaic module assembly line. You will work in a fast-paced, clean manufacturing environment with 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off).

The role involves feeding materials, soldering, quality checks, and following safety policies to ensure continuous production. On-the-job training is provided; background checks apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for line issues.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Computer experience is a plus; soldering experience helps.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Self-motivated with safety awareness.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsabilidades

• Work within a team of Operators on the production line.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; keep area orderly.
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines.
• Solder repair to solar cells as needed.
• Perform quality and testing procedures at each stage.
• Report defective materials or conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety policies.
