Heliene, Inc. is hiring a Framer Operator in Mountain Iron, MN. The role requires leading on the production floor, training workers, and back-filling positions, while ensuring continuous 24/7 module assembly in a fast-paced facility.

Shifts are 12-hour with 4 days on/off; starting pay is $22.50 per hour plus night shift differential. Benefits include a 401K and a commitment to safety and quality in a growing solar manufacturing company.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• On-the-job training provided; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of following oral and written instructions.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening required.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Mansioni

• Work within a team of Operators.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including a clean and orderly work area.
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines.
• Perform quality and testing procedures based on criteria at every stage of the production line.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

• Train junior operators.
