Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a construction workforce and coordinating trades.

Responsibilities

• Works with project manager to implement safety program on site.
• Supervises, coaches, trains, and mentors the project team.
• Ensures performance, productivity, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Coordinates with field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure construction compliance.
• Develops project schedules and three-week lookahead plans.
• Manages contracts, budgets, and client communications.
• Maintains strong customer relationships with stakeholders.
