Job summary

Join PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. as a Solar Mechanical Superintendent in Eaton, OH, to lead racking and module installation on large-scale solar sites.

You will drive field execution, safety adherence and schedule adherence while coordinating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors across multiple sites. Travel to project locations is required as projects exist in several states; per-diem is available.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline. NCSO designation required (IND); Gold Seal program preferred.
• Proven supervision experience on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to execute solar mechanical installation per drawings and specs.
• Ensure safety program integration into all site plans and daily work.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan and three-week lookahead schedules.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to avoid conflicts.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and communicate progress.
