Premier PV in Aurora, CO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Lead in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across manufacturing operations.

You will recruit hourly production employees and salaried professionals for our solar module manufacturing facility, partnering with hiring managers to execute strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and decisions.
• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
