Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and profitability analyses for opportunities.
• Evaluate acquisition, partnership, and divestiture opportunities.
• Support due diligence, CIMs, and transaction documentation.
• Prepare investment materials and internal memos for approvals.
• Collaborate with development, finance, and leadership teams.
