Job summary

Nautilus Solar, LLC is seeking a senior financial analyst to lead advanced financial modeling and valuation for solar and storage projects in a remote-friendly role. You will prepare investment memos, market summaries, and project update materials for stakeholders.

The role involves supporting acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, and collaborating with engineering, legal, and construction teams to evaluate opportunities and risks in the U.S. renewable energy market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of renewable energy, investment banking, project finance, M&A, or related experience in the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of project finance concepts including tax and debt structures, IRR, NPV, DSCR, and CAFD.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for solar and storage projects.
• Prepare materials for investment committees, market summaries, and project updates.
• Support portfolio acquisitions and contribute to commercial negotiations with developers and partners.
