Recurrent Energy, a leading solar and energy storage developer, is seeking an Analyst, M&A and Investments, to evaluate and execute strategic investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and greenfield opportunities across the U.S. Focus on solar and storage projects with cross-functional collaboration and high visibility.

The role requires 1–3 years of analytical or transactional experience, strong financial modeling skills, and clear communication with leadership and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, project finance, finance, PE, infra, or M&A.
• Master’s/CFA asset is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial modeling and profitability analyses for projects and transactions.
• Evaluate acquisition, partnership, and divestiture M&A opportunities.
• Prepare CIMs, teasers, process letters, and management presentations for external use.
• Coordinate data room prep and due diligence; support transaction documentation.
