Job summary

Greentech Renewables is seeking a Management Trainee in Raleigh, NC, to learn every facet of the business and prepare to supervise a multi-million-dollar location after training. The program blends on-the-job experience with classroom training on solar products, sales, and management.

On-the-job training lasts about two years. The first year covers warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, purchasing, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of Greentech Renewables’ business.
• Attend classes in various locations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
