Job summary

Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions in the solar industry. Trainees are taught every aspect of Greentech Renewables’ business to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion.

On-the-job training lasts 18–24 months with rotations in warehouse, sales, accounts, and business development. Online sessions cover solar products, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating - both written and spoken - in English.
