Job summary

Photomate Ukraine is seeking a Solution Manager to analyse customer needs and deliver optimised technical solutions, with a strong focus on solar inverter technologies.

You will work with sales teams and customers to expand market share, build partnerships, and open new markets in renewable energy. The role blends market analysis, technical expertise, and hands-on product planning, with opportunities for development and an international team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in technical sales or similar in solar energy.
• Solid knowledge of solar inverter technology and PV systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Proactive and effective team player.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis and suggest the sales strategy and product roadmap.
• Product planning, including analysis of technical demand, product functions, and licensing.
• Analyse development trends in the solar inverter market.
• Perform technical solution verification with customers and optimise solutions to ensure a leading edge.
• Deliver technical training for customers.
• Support project bidding by preparing technical proposals.
• Maintain close co-operation with the Sales department (trainings, meetings, exhibitions, presentations).
