Job summary

TMEIC Corporation is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to develop and execute strategies for the solar and energy storage inverter portfolio. You will own lifecycle strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and translate long-term plans into actionable roadmaps, while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

You will drive market analysis, client engagement, and competitive positioning to expand the product line and sustain growth across power systems in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading product management for complex technology products.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle strategy from concept to retirement for assigned products.
• Lead Product Managers and specialists and build organizational capability.
• Develop 3–5 year product line strategies and 1–2 year roadmaps.
• Assess markets, clients, and competitors to define differentiation and growth.
• Collaborate across BU, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to drive products to market.
