Job summary

Empower Home Services is a full-service residential solar installer located in Stockton, CA, seeking experienced installers to join our growing team. Installers will work with a crew to install photovoltaic system components and electrical equipment, ensuring successful operation under the direction of a Crew Lead & Roof Lead.

We value teamwork, safety, and customer service as we deliver high-quality solar solutions and support homeowners throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year roofing experience across metal, tile, shingle or wood shake.
• Ability to work in hot sun, cold, wind, and tight spaces.
• Comfortable working at heights on rooftops and ladders.
• Safely handle tools and electrical equipment used in solar installs.
• Strong customer service during installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Roof Lead to complete quality installations.
• Participate in roof top installation: layout, racking, module assembly, mounting hardware, electrical equipment.
• Follow building standards and NEC codes during installation.
• Assist with loading materials from shop to jobsite.
• Maintain safe and clean job site and attend safety meetings.
• Read and follow installation designs provided.
• Deliver excellent customer service during installation.
