Qualifications

• Experience in solar, construction or military environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety practices and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on personal, crew and job site at all times.
• Review inventory to stock crew truck appropriately.
• Assemble solar modules, racking, electrical equipment per plan.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing and structures.
• Clean up site and keep work area orderly.
